Concierge by A&A was born from something deeply personal: our own experience of life between countries, cultures, and communities.

Ana Sofia has lived across three continents and, through her years of working with expats, has seen first-hand the excitement, challenges, and uncertainties that come with creating a new life in Portugal. Antonio brings his own years of experience working with expats, together with a deep knowledge of the country and the realities of life here.

Over time, we kept seeing the same thing: people didn’t just need services. They needed someone they could trust, someone who understood, and someone who would be there when things felt complicated.

So we brought our experience, knowledge, and passion together and created Concierge by Ana.

For us, this is about more than business. It’s about giving back, creating connections, and helping people feel that Portugal is truly home.
